Brief job description:

We are looking for an accomplished Sales resource at two locations. He / she will be responsible for executing our sales strategy in the region and revenue target achievement from the prospective customer base in these locations. He/ she will own the territory sales quota and achieve the revenue goals by selling our product and services offerings to businesses in these locations. This will be a field sales role and will require meeting multiple customers and partners on a daily basis. He/ She will be responsible for all revenue goals and a part of the compensation will be tied to this achievement. He/ She will be a seasoned sales person with a proven track record of sales quota achievement and sales pipeline management. This will be a customer facing role and experience in this area in the past is a must.

Experience of working on a compliance/ HRMS/ Payroll product and/or services offering will be highly desirable. Candidates from GSIs and product sales background will be preferred.

Skills:

1) Excellent communication both written and spoken
2) Should have great presentation skills to be able to manage highly influential client base and C level
3)Must possess great business acumen and industry knowledge, needs to understand how businesses work and speak the language.

4) Should have software/ services sales background of the minimum of 8 years in the IT industry sales.
5) Entrepreneurial approach to business is a must, should have led a territory independently in the past.
6) A clear understanding of the software sales process and pipeline progression and management.
7) Exposure to social selling, social prospecting.
