The BIG:
Approach retailers and restaurants, explain them the value we bring to them and get them signed up on our platform.
Put processes in place for tracking inventory of sellers.
Bring original thinking to the table, an attitude to do stuff that no one else is doing.

The little things that go a long way:
Maintain rapport with the sellers (send them frequent reports and insights).
Take feedback from the sellers and thereby help improve our offerings.
Prime the sellers for our future offerings – hyperlocal advertising, mobile PoS software, filing services etc.
